Who we are

This policy covers the mobile game Clean Life ("the game", "we", "us") on Android and iOS. If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us at omaryos2017@gmail.com.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect, store or sell personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. The game has no sign-in and no chat.

Game progress stored on your device

Your progress (rooms cleaned, stars, Tokens, Gems, tools, daily gift streak, ad reward counters and settings such as sound) is saved only on your device. It is not sent to us. Uninstalling the game deletes it.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob:

• full-screen ads between some rooms, and
• optional reward ads that you choose to watch for extra Tokens.

To show, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect information from your device, such as your advertising ID (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA where permitted), IP address, device model, operating system, app version and how you interact with ads. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can learn how Google uses data from apps at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Ads in the game are limited to content suitable for general audiences.

Your choices and consent

• European Economic Area, UK and Switzerland: the first time you open the game, a consent message from Google lets you choose whether your data may be used for personalised ads. You can change this choice at any time in the game under Settings → Ad privacy choices.
• Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
• iOS: you can control ad tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Children

Clean Life is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.

Data security and retention

We do not keep any personal data on our own servers. Data collected by Google for advertising is kept and protected under Google's policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to its use. Because we do not hold personal data ourselves, most requests relate to Google's advertising data, which you can manage in your device settings and at myadcenter.google.com. You can also contact us and we will help.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game changes. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
